The south holds great appeal outdoors – the forested Ardennes is a nature-lover’s paradise cut by rivers and gorges where walking opportunities abound.

Of course, the country tends to be best known for its culinary expertise - nowhere else can you sample over 500 beers - from the Trappist beers of the Ardennes to the Lambic beer of Brussels.
