Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): We have SOP'S in place for written communication from initial proposal and budget spreadsheets to the event working document. These processes allow us to be consistent across all services offered and ensure that our clients receive the same high standard of service from both of our offices.

Principal Promotions adhere to strict health and safety guidelines when working on all events and pay particular attention to risk assessments. We have qualified first aiders within the team and are committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees.

Principal Promotions fully endorses and adheres to the principles of data protection, as enumerated in the 1998 Data Protection Act. The company has taken steps to ensure that all its employees who manage and handle personal information are appropriately trained to do so and supervised.

We only work with reputable suppliers to ensure the overall quality and safety aspects are to a high standard. All of our suppliers are carefully selected and have been tried and tested to ensure we achieve high service standards for our clients.
