We can manage all aspects of your event and will work with you at every stage, ensuring every detail of your event has been well thought through and planned accordingly. We have years of experience and can assist your event team by finding the most suitable destination, offering advice regarding the programme, liaising with the suppliers, negotiating rates and contract terms, to us being there on the day.

An event may be a 2 hour meeting or a 10 day conference but whatever its duration or content we approach them all with the same tenacity and professionalism. In order to effectively manage and to guarantee continuity we assign a dedicated account manager who will get involved at whatever the desired level, from producing and managing an entire event from inception to completion, to simply carrying out just one of the tasks below.

Delegate Registration

We can offer an online registration facility which would be tailor made to your event. The website would contain relevant details for the delegates such as hotel accommodation, transfer information, gala dinner details, a programme agenda and breakout sessions; which can be updated regularly. The system allows for us to supply you with updates on the number of registered attendees and other details on a regular basis.
