Italy
We are experts in the organisation, management and operation of events, incentives and conferences in Italy.
Visiting Italy is like stepping back into a Canaletto painting. Centuries-old buildings, bridges, piazzas, palaces, chapels, churches and countless other historical edifices, form an architectural harmony on a scale that simply cannot be found anywhere else. As well as honouring its heritage, Italy benefits from an excellent modern infrastructure which supports the conference and incentive industry.
Florence, the capital of the region of Tuscany, on Italy's north-west coast, is one of Italy's most atmospheric and pleasant cities, retaining a strong resemblance to the small late-medieval centre that contributed so much to the cultural and political development of Europe. You can walk from one end of
the city centre to the other in about 30 minutes passing some of the most evocative sites Italy has to offer.
Sorrento's charming clifftop location has been attracting visitors since Roman times, with sweeping views across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius. The town itself is a maze of narrow alleys crammed with shops, bars and restaurants of every description, and where café life spills onto the Piazza pavements. This lively resort offers so much variety for dining out and entertainment.
Rome - a living Capital, ancient, classical, modern, parochial; but most of all beautiful. The Italian capital and the city with the highest population in the peninsula expands on both sides of the River Tiber, mainly on a flat area but also on the famous seven hills which are a major element in the city landscape.
Venice without doubt is one of the most amazing cities in the world. It is virtually without wheeled traffic and its main streets are water. Venice is made up of 11 islets separated by 150 canals and joined together by 400 bridges on Italy's north eastern Adriatic coast. Most of its buildings are between a hundred and a thousand years old, with architecture spanning the range from the intimate to the majestic.
The beauty of the Northern Italian Lakes area is apparent; the combination of Mediterranean flora with snow-capped mountains as the backdrop. Lake Maggiore lies on the border of Italy and Switzerland, where lakeside villas with lush gardens enjoy panoramic views over the sparkling waters.
Not far from Milan, lies the romantic, shimmering deep blue Lake Como. It is amongst the most scenic spots in Italy with its flower-filled gardens and aristocratic villas from the 17th and 18th centuries. Lake Garda is the largest and lies on the easternmost of the northern Italian lakes.
First class conference facilities, restaurants catering for large-scale banquets, wonderful beaches, beautiful country scenes, excellent ski slopes, culture and very friendly people are only a few of the attractions Italy has to offer when considering it as a destination for your next event.
