Turkey

Turkey is surrounded by four different seas and is home to over 20 different civilizations. It has had a rather turbulent, if fascinating history and battlegrounds, castle ruins and great empires palaces can be found dotted around the country. Each region enjoys its own distinctive personality, landscape and cuisine.

Istanbul enjoys a unique position as the only city in the world to straddle two continents - Europe and Asia; and as a result boasts a rich mix of Eastern and Western cultures. Packed with historic sights, lively bars and restaurants; and an ever-growing choice of luxury and boutique hotels, this city has much to offer conference and incentive organizers. You will be mesmerized by Istanbul with sights like the Blue Mosque, the Topkapi Palace and The Grand Bazaar - the city's oldest shopping centre that sells everything from hand-woven carpets to Turkish teas and coffees. Added extras like hotel transfers by boat or gala dinners whilst cruising along the Bosphorus give Istanbul that extra special touch. 

Bodrum has emerged as an upmarket conference and incentive destination with stylish boutiques and luxury five-star hotels that enjoy impressive views over the Aegean. Excursions can include a trip to the historical site Ephesus, or delegates can relax on the beach or be pampeed at a hamam.

Like Bodrum, Antalya is located just a short flight from Istanbul and delegates can enjoy the benefits of both a city and beach retreat. It offers a large range of hotel and activity options, and works particularly well for larger groups. Historic sites include the ancient Aspendos theatre and Kursunlu Falls. The nearby Belek region offers superb golfing opportunities and a string of beautiful beaches. 

Because of its beautiful landscape, Cappadocia is the perfect location for incentive trips as it offers activities such as hiking, hot-air ballooning and 4x4 safaris. Besides adventure, delegates can find out more about Cappadocia fascinating history with excursions to the ancient silk route, underground cities and cave dwellings. The closet airport is in Kayseri which is accessible from Istanbul.
